Experimental research showed the application effect of teaching in program teaching method better than traditional in terms of dig, serve, pass and smash volleyball. The program teaching method with the pattern of unit pass learning conform to skill learning rule and make students master corresponding skill, yet their simple and normative teaching process can stimulate learning motivation and interest for students.%本实验研究表明:在排球垫球、发球、传球和扣球4种技术教学中运用程序教学法所取得的效果明显优于传统教学法。通过程序教学法对学生进行单元过关式学习,符合学生技能学习规律,能使学生真正掌握排球技术技能,教学过程规范且易于操作,能够引发学生的学习动机,激发其学习兴趣。
