82例左氧氟沙星静脉滴注不良反应案例分析及护理干预--以盐城师范学院为例

摘要

To study the clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by intravenous drip of levofloxacin and their nursing experience. Reported in the hospital during 2013 ~ 2013 were retrospectively analyzed in 82 cases of levofloxacin's adverse drug reactions of clinical manifestations and related factors, put forward corresponding nursing intervention measures. The common adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin were allergic reaction, gastrointestinal disturbance and neural system responses. Patients with different gender, age, whether the combination of the difference of adverse reactions were statistically significant (P<0.01);Duration is different, the rate of adverse drug reactions of the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). In the process of levofloxacin administration, we should pay attention to the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, to personalized medicine care, reduce the adverse drug reactions, and ensure drug safety.%分析由左氧氟沙星所致的药品不良反应与护理干预。回顾性分析医院2013~2015年期间上报的82例左氧氟沙星药品不良反应的临床表现及相关因素，提出相应的护理干预措施。左氧氟沙星常见的不良反应包括皮肤及软组织反应、各类神经系统反应、胃肠道反应等；不同性别、年龄、是否联合用药的患者发生不良反应的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)；用药时间不同，药物不良反应率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在左氧氟沙星给药的过程中，应注意监测药物不良反应，进行个性化用药监护，减少药物不良反应，确保用药安全。
