关于推进高校学生工作精细化的几点思考

近几年来，各高校将精细化的理念积极、合理地运用于学生工作，使学生工作取得了较为显著的成效。为了将已有的学生工作成果进一步巩固和深化，高校学生工作精细化的深入推进，关键在于实现理念的创新，提高服务水平；抓好细节落实，提高工作质量；完善德育评估机制，强化管理的执行力。%In recent years, the fine concept in all colleges and universities have been positively, reasonably applied to students work, which has made students work more significant results.
