我国高等教育成本分担的主体与现状

摘要

中国现行的高等教育分担政策在很大程度上促进了高等教育的发展,但从分担主体的角度来看,政府投入比例偏低,社会力量投入微薄,导致个人和家庭负担过重。因此,政府需明晰各分担主体的需求、收益和承担能力,使高等教育的成本分担状况趋于合理。%The current Chinese cost sharing policy of higher education has contributed to the development of higher education significantly,but for various reasons,there are still many problems in reality.From the perspective of the cost sharing subjects,the proportion of government investment is very low;the effect of social forces is weak,while the burden on individuals and families is hard.Therefore,all subjects should clear their respective needs,income,and affordability to make the cost sharing in higher education more reasonable.
