Probing the Pluralistic Mode to the Cost Share of the Graduate Education in China

摘要

At present,the quantity and scale which our country recruits the graduate students have already been in the front of the world,it is extremely urgent for the reform of education fund and cost share. According to relevant public product theory,manpower capital theory and educational cost theory,the pluralism of the cost share for the graduate education at present has already possessed feasibility. Through the classification of graduate education,the cost share mode to the education are:the government affords the fund of the infrastructure and training partly,school and tutor afford the fund of training partly,the employing unit affords some educational cost,individual and family afford living expenses.
