教学工厂型校内生产性实训基地建设探索与研究--以机械加工实训中心为例

The construction of productive training base in higher vocational colleges is very important to cultivate the technical skill talents for the enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of productive train-ing base in higher vocational colleges,learning from the concept and practice of"teaching factory"in Singapore,focusing on the experiences and practices of Yangling Vocational and Technical College machining training center in the building process of school training base.%高职院校校内生产性实训基地建设对培养适合企业需要的技术技能型人才具有非常重要的促进作用。本文分析高职院校生产性实训基地建设的现状和存在问题，学习借鉴新加坡“教学工厂”理念和做法，重点阐述杨凌职业技术学院机械加工实训中心在建设校内生产性实训基地过程中的经验和做法。
