长吉图先导区与俄罗斯远东地区的经贸合作

摘要

吉林省同俄罗斯滨海边疆区毗邻,长吉图先导区同俄罗斯远东地区经贸合作是长吉图先导区对外开发开放的关键,也是俄罗斯远东地区开发开放的需要,对建立图们江跨境经济合作区具有重要意义。长吉图先导区同俄罗斯远东地区经贸合作的重点是林业开发,海产品加工,石油、天然气合作,图们江地区交通运输合作以及跨境旅游合作等。因此,中方必须加大＂走出去＂和＂请进来＂的步伐,俄方也需要进一步促进贸易与投资自由化。%As Jilin Province is adjacent to Russian border,the opening up of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone and the Far East of Russia is subject to the economic and trade cooperation between the above two parties.The cooperation is also of great significance for the establishment of cross-border economic cooperation zone along Tumen River.Forestry development,seafood processing,oil and gas cooperation,transportation and cross-border tourism are the major projects for the economic and trade cooperation.Therefore,China must quicken the pace of ＂going outside and inviting the needed＂,while Russia should further promote its free trades and investment.
