ABCG2、CD44、CD24及CD44+/CD24-细胞在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达

Objective To observe the significance of expressions of ABCG2, CD44 and CD24 proteins as well as CD44+/CD24- cells in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.Methods The expression of CD44 +/CD24- cells was detected by double - staining immunohistochemical technique , and the expressions of ABCG2, CD24 and CD44 were detected by immunohistochemical single staining method in 60 cases of invasive breast ductal carcinoma tissues in comparison with the 60 cases of carcinoma adjacent tissues and 30 cases of tissues with breast hyperplasia symptoms.Results The expressions of CD44 + /CD24- cells were detected not only in breast carcinoma group , but also in hyperplasia group and carcinoma adjacent group.CD44+ /CD24- cells were positively correlated with CD44 expression (P ＜ 0.05) , but not correlated with the expressions of ABCG2 and CD24 (P ＞ 0.05 ).The ABCG2 expression in breast cancerous tissues was correlated with tumor -free survival period (P ＜ 0.05 ).The expressions of CD24 in non - stroma lymph cell reaction group and recurrence group were higher than those in stroma lymph cell reaction group and non -recurrence group (P ＜ 0.05 and 0.01).Conclusion The expression of CD44+ /CD24- cells is not specific to invasive breast ductal cancerous tissues and is positively correlated with CD44 expression.Patients with negative ABCG2 expression have a longer tumor -free survival period , while those with high expression of CD24 are more susceptible to recurrence of invasive breast ductal carcinoma.%目的 观察ABCG2、CD44、CD24及CD44+/CD24-细胞在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达意义.方法 应用免疫组化双染技术检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中CD44+/CD24-细胞的表达并应用单染方法检测ABCG2、CD24、CD44的表达情况,同时以60例癌旁组织及30例乳腺增生症组织作对照.结果 CD44+/CD24-细胞在乳腺癌、癌旁及乳腺增生症组织中均有表达.CD44+/CD24-细胞与CD44表达呈正相关(r=0.304,P＜0.05),与ABCG2、CD24表达无相关性(P＞0.05).乳腺癌组织 ABCG2表达与无瘤生存期相关(P＜0.05).CD24在复发及间质无淋巴反应者中阳性表达高于无复发及间质有淋巴反应者(P＜0.01及0.05).结论 CD44+/CD24-细胞表达并非乳腺癌组织特异性,其与CD44表达呈正相关;ABCG2阴性患者无瘤生存期长;CD24高表达易复发.
