食管癌组织中OPN和CD44 v6蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the levels of osteopontin ( OPN) and CD44 splice variant 6 ( CD446v ) in e-sophageal cancer tissues and its clinical significance .Methods A total of 58 esophageal cancer specimens and adjacent normal tissues were collected.The levels of OPN and CD44v6 were detected by immunohistochemical staining , and their relationship with the pathological characteristics of esophageal cancer patients was analyzed .Results The positive rate of OPN was 62.1%and 6.9%in esophageal cancer specimens and adjacent normal tissues , respectively.The positive rate of CD44v6 was 53.4%and 8.6%in esophageal cancer specimens and adjacent normal tissues , respectively.These data were significantly different from each other (P<0.05).The levels of OPN and CD44v6 were related with the depth of in-vasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), rather than tumor differentiation.The amounts of OPN and CD44v6 were positively correlated with each other (r=0.571,P<0.01).Conclusion OPN and CD44v6 which are highly expressed in esophageal cancer tissues may play an important role in the invasiveness of esophageal cancer .%目的：探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）和CD44拼接变异体6（CD44v6）在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测58例食管癌及其相应癌旁正常组织标本OPN和CD44 v6的表达情况，并分析其与食管癌患者临床病理特征间的关系。结果食管癌及其癌旁正常组织OPN表达阳性率分别为62．1％和6．9％， CD44v6表达阳性率分别为53．4％和8．6％，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。 OPN和 CD44v6的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移之间有关（P＜0．05），与肿瘤组织分化状态无关（P≥0．05）。 OPN与CD44v6表达存在正相关关系（r＝0．571，P＜0．01）。结论 OPN和CD44v6在食管癌组织中高表达，并且在食管癌的浸润转移过程中具有一定的协同性。
