牙周序列治疗牙周炎患者正畸过程中的效果分析

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of periodontal-sequence treatment during the orthodontic treatment of periodontitis patients.Methods A total of 78 periodontitis patients were selected and divided into two groups (n =39).Patients in the control group received conventional orthodontic treatment,while those in the study group received orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal-sequence treatment.After treatment,both groups were compared for the clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes and patient satisfaction degree.Results The study group showed remarkable improvements in periodontal attachment level,plaque index,bleeding index and probing depth,compared with the control group (P ＜0.05).The total effective rate was 94.9％ (37/39) for the study group,which was statistical different from 82.1％ (32/39) for the study control group (P ＜ 0.05).The patient satisfaction degree was higher for the study group,compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The combination of othodontic treatment and periodontal sequence treatment is effective for periodontitis patients,which is worth of clinical application.%目的 评估牙周序列治疗牙周炎患者正畸过程中的效果.方法 选取78例牙周炎患者,分为对照组和研究组,每组39例.对照组采用常规正畸治疗,研究组联合牙周序列治疗.治疗后,比较2组患者牙周指标,评价2组患者的临床疗效,调查患者对正畸的满意程度.结果 研究组牙周附着水平、菌斑指数为、出血指数、探诊深度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组的总有效率为94.9％(37/39),对照组的总有效率为82.1％(32/39),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组对正畸的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 牙周炎患者在正畸治疗时配合牙周序列治疗,疗效显著,有推广价值.
