论我国家庭生活质量建设的政策框架选择--基于国际家庭生活教育的发展经验

摘要

一个拥有幸福家庭生活质量的社会，是中国未来发展的重要基础。针对中国人口转变与家庭现代化的转型，一些相关研究也提出家庭政策体系应该实现向发展型转变。如何具体实施与推进中国当代家庭政策向积极型转变，推进中国发展型家庭政策的构建，以此来建立与推进中国家庭生活质量的政策体系，需要以国际比较的视野来加以系统研究家庭生活教育对提高与改善家庭生活质量的影响与作用。通过学习借鉴国际家庭生活教育的理论与实践发展经验，并结合中国家庭变革实际，全面构建中国发展型的家庭生活教育政策体系框架，以促进家庭幸福与中国和谐社会建设。%A society with happy family Life quality is an important foundation for China's future devel-opment.Based on the European social quality theory,we need to focus on the prevention and treatment of family problems to optimize family function and satisfy the needs of family relationships.Since the 20th century,the Western developed countries,such as the United States and other regions like Hong Kong and Chinese Taiwan,have been carrying out the study and practice of family life education movement to in-crease the knowledge and skills of family life and prevent and reduce family crisis.Learning from the inter-national theoretical and practical experience and combined with China's actual situation,this paper attempts to establish a framework of Chinese policy selection in strengthening the family life quality in order to build a harmonious society in China.
