4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯基三氮烯与镉的显色反应研究

摘要

The physical and chemical properties of the newly synthesized reagent 4-Methoxy-3-sulfobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene and its highly sensitive color reaction with Cd（Ⅱ）have been studied.In the presence of Triton X-100,MeOSDAA reacts withCd（Ⅱ）to form a stable orangered complex with molar ratio of 2：1 in Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution（pH=9.5～11.6）.The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.56×104L·mol-1·cm-1 at the maximun absorption wavelength of 540nm.Beer＇s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0～10μg Cd（Ⅱ）in 25mL solution.%文章合成了4-甲氧基-3-磺酸基苯基三氮烯试剂,研究了它的物理和化学性质及其与镉（Ⅱ）的灵敏显色反应。在Triton X-100的存在下,于pH=9.5～11.6的硼砂-氢氧化钠的缓冲溶液中,显色剂与镉（Ⅱ）形成2∶1的红色配合物,最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.56×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉含量在0～10μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律。
