构建以实习支教为核心的地方师范院校实践教学体系——以忻州师范学院为例

摘要

Since 1997, XinZhou Teachers University has developed practical teaching closely regarding teaching practice supporting edu- cation, explored practical teaching system in regional teachers universities. After more than ten years of practice,it has explored a whole process of the practical teaching system around teaching practice supporting education, constructing the structure of practical course, ar- ranging reasonable teaching of practical course and organizing strictly extracurricular practical activities. It will afford the supports of theory and intelligence for regional teachers universities.%忻州师范学院自1997年实施实习支教以来,紧紧围绕实习支教开展实践教学,努力探索适合地方师范院校的实践教学体系。文章通过对忻州师范学院多年的实践教学进行研究,全面解读忻州师范学院以实习支教为核心的实践教学体系,力图构建一个适合地方师范院校人才培养的实践教学体系,进一步充实和丰富地方师范院校人才培养理论。
