浅析法治文化下法治人格的塑造

摘要

Construction of socialist rule of law has become the focus of work in our country.Facing the new development situation and the social environment, if we want to develop in an all-around way and to build a socialist country under the rule of law,we must shape a sound personality.Generation of legal personality is a process of internalization to externalized.The value connotation of rule of law culture is also the spiritual pursuit of legal personality,and can provide motivation for it.%社会主义法治建设已经成为我国的重点工作。面对新的发展形势和社会环境，想要得到自身全面的发展从而更好地建设社会主义法治国家必须塑造健全的法治人格。法治人格的生成是一个由内化到外化的过程，法治文化的价值内涵同是法治人格所要达到的精神追求，也为其提供了内在动力。
