Further researches on the internet of things and EPC technology were carried out .The establishment of thirdparty logistics information management system based on internet of things EPC was proposed to solve the prob‐lems of traditional operation mode of third‐party logistics .And the function ,structure and business process of the system were analyzed .%在对物联网技术和EPC技术进行深入研究的基础上，针对传统第三方物流运作模式中存在的各种弊端，提出建立基于EPC物联网的第三方物流信息管理系统，并分析了系统的功能、结构和业务流程。
