常见实验动物食管固定前后的收缩变化

摘要

目的 观察常见实验动物离体食管固定后的收缩变化规律,为动物食管的组织学研究奠定基础.方法 测量各实验动物食管离体后长度,并将离体后的动物食管分为2组,分别用体积分数10%的甲醛和体积分数90%的乙醇固定48 h再测量固定后的长度,比较收缩率.结果 各实验动物食管固定后长度均发生了收缩,同一种动物食管固定前后长度比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);但2组用甲醛与乙醇固定后的收缩率比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 甲醛和乙醇这2种化学固定方法均能影响动物食管固定后的收缩变化,但这2种固定方法对食管固定引起的收缩变化无明显差别.%Objective Study on the shrinkage vanation of common experimenal animals iaolated esophagus tissues with rnfixation for basic research. Methods First, experimental animals esophageal length were measured in vitro. Next, experimental rnanimals esophagus were divided into two groups and fixed respectively. One group was fixed by 10％ formaldehyde and another rnwas fixed by 90％ ethanol for 48 hours. Then, the esophageal length were measured again and the shrinkage rates were calculatrned. Results Length of esophageal after fixed in each experimental animal was occurred contraction. there was statistical sigrnnificance in the length difference compared with before and after fixed in the same kind of animal esophageal( P ＜ 0. 05 ) .rnHowever, there was no statiatical significance in shrinking rate after fixed with formaldehyde and ethanol between two groups rn( P ＞0. 05) . Conclusion Changes of animals esophageal contraction after fixation can be effected by formaldehyde and etharnnol, but contraction of the esophaSus fixation induced by No fixed methods were no significant difference.
