论新疆高等教育的改革发展

摘要

In the new century, the reform and development of higher education in Xinjiang has got considerable progress. The overall educational level and talent cultivation has been on a new stage. But at the same time, due to historical and objective reasons, the higher education infrastructure in Xinjiang is poor and economic foundation is weak. Many problems and difficulties restrict the further development. This paper pays close attention to the regional economic and social development needs. It puts forward ideas and measures to promote higher education scientific development of the autonomous regions.%进入新世纪以来，新疆高等教育改革与发展取得了长足进步，整体办学实力和人才培养水平迈上了新台阶。但同时，由于历史和客观原因，新疆高等教育基础差、底子薄，制约进一步发展的问题和困难还比较多。文章密切关注自治区经济社会发展需求，提出了推进自治区高等教育科学发展的思路和措施。
