新疆多民族地区高校加强国防教育的战略意义

摘要

Xinjiang is in the northwest of China, with the longest borderlines, a number of ethnic groups, complicated religions and abundant resources, thus, its strategic position is very important. Universities in Xinjiang have always been the advanced position for westernization and polarization by those inside and outside national splittism, religious extremist and terrorism. To strengthen national defense education in this region plays an important strategic role in keeping the stability of the border and resisting erosion and infiltration of domestic and foreign hostile forces.%新疆地处祖国西北边陲,边境线长,资源丰富,战略地位十分重要.新疆高校历来是境内外民族分裂势力、极端宗教势力和恐怖暴力势力进行"西化""分化"的前沿阵地.与时俱进地加强这一地区的国防教育,对于维护边境稳定、有效抵御境内外敌对势力的侵蚀和渗透具有重要的战略意义.
