乌鲁木齐市取消河滩路外环路通行费的政策分析

摘要

The formulation of public policy concerns the vital interests of the public, public policy is actually the result of the compromise, groups struggle is a kind of balance between different interest groups. Cancel the He Tan Road and Wai Huan Road in Urumqi tolls are the result of policy implementation, policy analysis model is a simple rendering of public policy, in this paper, by using the model of a policy analysis in the model group, analyzes the policy relevant interest groups, and analyzes the formation and execution of policy, so as to provide reference for future policy main body make decisions.%公共政策的制定关乎公众的切身利益，公共政策实际上是团体斗争中相互妥协的结果，是不同利益集团之间的一种平衡产物。乌鲁木齐市取消河滩路、外环路通行费是政策实施的结果，政策分析模型是公共政策的一种简单呈现。本文运用政策分析模型中的团体模型，分析了政策相关的利益群体，并分析了政策的形成和执行过程，以期为今后的政策主体作决策提供借鉴。
