农民理性与民族地区农村社会治理创新-以喀什地区英吉沙县S村为例∗

摘要

This paper, from the perspective of social governance, analyzed the rationality of farmer group— the subject of rural social governance. It believed that the survival rationality is the basic criterion, the economic rationality runs into difficulties, and the rational value generates gradually. The rural grassroots social governance innovation lied in strengthening the leading role of the CPC and the government, cultivating all kinds of social organizations that aim to develop economy, improving the management level of religious organizations, and strengthening the cultivation of public spirit.%文章从社会治理视角出发，对农村社会治理主体——农民群体的理性状况进行实证分析，认为当前农民理性呈现出生存理性是基本准则、经济理性遭遇困境、价值理性逐渐生成的状态，农村基层社会治理创新的方向在于加强党和政府的主导作用；积极培育以发展经济合作为主的各类社会组织；提高宗教组织的管理水平；加强农民公共精神培育。
