大鼠慢性牙周炎与IgA肾病复合模型肠系膜淋巴结中浆细胞的表达及其意义

             

摘要

Obj ective To explore the expression and significance of plasma cells in mesenteric lymph nodes in rats with chronic periodontitis (Chronic periodontitis, CP ), IgA nephropathy (IgA Nephropathy, IgAN ) and composite (IgAN+CP)models.Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group,CP group,IgAN group,composite group,with ten rats in each group;the rats were killed at the end of the 1 6 th week,and their blood,urine,mesenteric lymph nodes were selected for the analysis on serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN),albuminuria and mesenteric lymph nodes.Results The detection of Scr,BUN,albu-minuria and their correlation showed that Scr,BUN and urine protein in IgAN group and composite group were significantly higher than those in control group and CP group (P <0.05);Scr,BUN and urine pro-tein in composite group were evidently higher than those in IgAN group (P <0.05);the rats in the com-posite group had more hematuria than the rats in other groups.Mesenteric lymph node pathology showed a large number of plasma cells in mesenteric lymph HE staining in composite group,fewer in IgAN group, plasma cells in between in CP group and even visible in normal control group.Conclusion The serum cre-atinine,blood urea nitrogen and proteinuria in the complex group changed more significantly,with more plasma cells in mesenteric lymph nodes;CP promoted the progress of kidney damage in rats IgAN and re-nal function and plasma cells may contribute to the increase of IgA in the kidneys deposition.%目的:探讨浆细胞在大鼠慢性牙周炎(Chronic periodontitis,CP)与IgA肾病及复合模型肠系膜淋巴结中的表达及其意义。方法将40只 SD大鼠随机分为对照组、CP组、IgA肾病组(IgAN组)、复合组(IgAN+CP)4组,每组10只,于16 w末处死大鼠,留取各组大鼠血、尿、肠系膜淋巴结,检测各组大鼠血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白及肠系膜淋巴结中浆细胞的表达。结果 IgAN组、复合组的 Scr、BUN及尿蛋白明显高于对照组、CP组(P <0.05),复合组明显高于IgAN组(P <0.05),复合组大鼠出现血尿的只数多于其他各组。肠系膜淋巴结病理显示,复合组肠系膜淋巴结 HE染色可见有大量的浆细胞,IgAN组较少,CP组介于两者之间,对照组偶可见。结论复合组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白改变更显著,肠系膜淋巴结中的浆细胞更多,CP促进大鼠 IgAN肾损伤和肾功能的进展,浆细胞的增多可能促进 IgA在肾脏的沉积。
