基于 JCI 核心理念的问题管理模式在护理质量安全管理中的运用

摘要

Objective To explore the application of problem-management model based on the core philoso-phy of JCI standard in clinical nursing quality and safety management.Methods Based on the JCI stand-ards,through learning and training,led the problem-management mode into the clinical nursing quality and safety management,extended the care management to full staff management.For the existing quality and safety problems in each department,conducted collective diagnosis and analysis,and determined the solution to judge and score the nursing-relative index between October 2013-October 2014 and November 2014-November 2015.Results Between October 2013-October 2014 and November 2014-November 2015, the overall score of clinical nursing quality was increased by 0.7%,the rate of unsafe event risk was in-creased by 150.0%,the incidence of adverse event was decreased by 66.6%,the satisfaction degree of doc-tor was increased by 2.0%,and the satisfaction degree of patient was increased by 3.3%.Conclusion Through application of the problem-management mode,the clinical nursing quality and safety management was infiltrating into each part of the nursing work,which increased the effectiveness and predictability of the clinical nursing management and ensured patients′safety,that it deserves popularization.%目的：探讨基于 JCI 核心理念的问题管理模式在护理质量安全管理中的运用。方法基于 JCI 标准，通过学习培训，将问题管理模式引入到护理质量安全管理中，使护理管理延伸到全员管理，对科室存在的质量安全问题进行集体诊断、分析，确定解决方法，通过实施，评价2013年10月－2014年10月与2014年11月－2015年11月的护理相关各项指标的得分。结果与2013年10月－2014年10月相比，2014年11月－2015年11月护理质量综合分提高了0．7％，护理不安全事件隐患上报率提高了150．0％，不良事件发生率平均下降了68．8％，医生满意度提高了2．0％，患者满意度提高了3．3％。结论运用问题管理模式将护理质量安全管理渗透到护理工作的各个环节可提高护理管理的实效性和预见性，保障患者安全，值得临床推广应用。
