E-cadherin、nm23在食管鳞癌患者中的表达及其意义

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and tumor metastasis suppressor gene(nm23)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The expression and distribution of the E-cadherin and nm23 protein in both 84 cases of esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of normal esophageal tissue were determined using immunohistochemistry.The relationship of E-cadherin and nm23 expression with clinicopathologic characteristics ofesophageal squamous cell carcinoma was then analyzed.Results The positive frequency of E-cadherin andnm23 in esophageal carcinoma tissues was separately 61.90% and 69.04%.The positive frequency of themin normal tissues was separately 90.00% and 83.33%.The differences had statistically significant (P <0.05).In different clinical stages and with or without lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma thepositive frequency of E-cadherin protein have statistically significant.The positive expression rate of E-cadherinin different clinical stage,with or without lymph node metastasis group was statistically significant(P <0.05).In different clinical stages,differentiating degree and with or without lymph node metastas of esophageal carcinoma,the positive frequency of nm23 protein had statistically significant (P <0.05).The expression of E-cadherin was positively correlated with nm23 (r =0.234,P <0.05).Conclusion Bothof E-cadherin and nm23 were highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,which mayplay significant role in cancer differentiation,invasion and metastases.%目的 探讨在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)和肿瘤转移抑制基因(nm23)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测84例食管鳞癌组织及远端切缘正常食管黏膜30例,观察 E-cadherin和 nm23的表达,同时分析两者表达水平与食管鳞癌分化程度、局部浸润以及淋巴结转移等的关系.结果 E-cadherin和nm23在食管鳞癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为61.90%和69.04%,30例正常食管黏膜中的阳性表达率分别为90.00%和83.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05).E-cadherin在不同临床分期、淋巴结转移与否组的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).nm23在不同临床分期、不同分化程度及淋巴结转移与否组之间的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).E-cadherin和nm23的表达呈正相关(r=0.234,P=0.032).结论 E-cadherin和 nm23在食管鳞癌中高表达,可能在肿瘤的发生发展、浸润以及转移中发挥着重要作用.
