维药唇香草乙醇提取物抗氧化活性研究

     

摘要

目的 研究维药唇香草乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性.方法 以抗坏血酸(Vc)为阳性对照,采用3种(清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基)抗氧化实验模型,评价唇香草乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性.结果 当唇香草乙醇提取物浓度为5 mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基清除率为91.14%,IC50为1.4 mg/mL,Vc的IC50为0.26 mg/mL,唇香草乙醇提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力低于Vc.当唇香草乙醇提取物浓度为5 mg/mL时,对羟基自由基清除率为86.32%,IC50为2.6 mg/mL,Vc的IC50为0.4 mg/mL,唇香草乙醇提取物清除羟基自由基的能力低于Vc.当唇香草乙醇提取物浓度为2.5 mg/mL时,对超氧阴离子自由基清除率为86.90%,IC50为1.2 mg/mL,Vc的IC50为0.5 mg/mL,乙醇提取物清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力低于Vc.结论 唇香草乙醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性,可作为一种天然抗氧化剂来开发利用.%Objective To study the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of Zizphora clinopodioides Lam.Methods Ascorbic acid was used as a positive control,antioxidant capacity of ethanol extract from Zizphora clinopodioides Lam.was evaluated in vitro using three different methods(scavenging DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion free radical scavenging antioxidant experiment).Results When the concentration of ethanol extract was 5 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH radical was 91.14%,IC50 was 1.4 mg/mL,IC50 of Vc was 0.26 mg/mL,and its scavenging ability was less than that of Vc.When the concentration of ethanol extract was 5 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical was 86.32%,IC50 was 2.6 mg/mL,and IC50 of Vc was 0.4 mg/mL,indicating that the scavenging capacity of ethanol extract of Zizphora clinopodioides Lam was weaker than that of Vc.When the concentration of ethanol extract of 2.5 mg/mL,superoxide anion radical scavenging rate was 86.90%,IC50 was 1.2 mg/mL,IC50 of Vc was 0.5 mg/mL,indicating that the scavenging capacity of ethanol extract from Zizphora clinopodioides Lam was weaker than that of Vc.Conclusion Uygur Medicine ethanol extract of Zizphora clinopodioides Lam has the capacity to scavenge the free radicals,which could be used as a natural antioxidant to exploit.
