乌鲁木齐市某体检中心脑卒中高危人群生活方式及膳食习惯分析

         

摘要

目的 调查乌鲁木齐市某体检中心脑卒中高危人群生活方式及膳食习惯,为早期干预提供依据.方法 对2015年11月-2016年4月在乌鲁木齐市新疆医科大学健康管理院的1 086例体检人群进行脑卒中高危人群风险评估和筛查,其中脑卒中高危人群661例,健康人群425例,对两组人群的生活方式以及膳食习惯进行描述和比较,并分析实验室指标的差异.结果 男性脑卒中高危人群检出率高于女性,年龄越大检出率越高, 年龄≥50岁的脑卒中高危人群检出率高于其他年龄段,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.01).脑卒中高危人群吸烟、经常大量饮酒以及运动缺乏的检出率高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01).除了奶制品摄入不足以外,脑卒中高危人群口味偏油、偏咸以及蔬菜、水果摄入不足的检出率均高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01).除了高密度脂蛋白胆固醇以外,脑卒中高危人群尿酸、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标水平均高于健康人群,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01).结论 应对脑卒中高危人群提供科学合理的指导,戒烟戒酒,合理膳食.%Objective To provide scientific evidence for the early intervention by investigating the life style and diet habits for the high risk population of stroke from medical examination center in Urumqi.Methods The population in high risk stroke (661 cases) and the healthy population (the control group 425 cases) were selected from the Health Management hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi after evaluating and screening 1086 people from November 2015 to April 2016.Then we described and compared the lifestyle and dietary habits of the two groups, and analyzed the differences in laboratory indicators.Results Men at high risk of stroke was higher than women, the older the higher the incidence of stroke in high-risk population;at the age of 40 years or older ,the detection rate is higher than that of other age groups, which has statistically significant (P<0.01).The detection rate of stroke population with smoking, lack of exercise and frequent heavy drinking was higher than that of healthy people, which has statistically significant difference (P<0.01).In addition to dairy intake, people preferring partial taste salty, oil, fewer vegetables, fruit intake rate insufficiency were higher than healthy people at high risk of stroke, which has statistically significant (P<0.01).In addition to high density lipoprotein cholesterol, the levels of high risk stroke population in uric acid, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were higher than that of healthy people, which has statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion The high risk population of stroke will should be guided scientifically and reasonably especially to quit smoking and over alcohol consumption and have scientific diet habits.
