PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifestyle habit analysis system and lifestyle habit analysis method for presenting a concrete improvement method by extracting lifestyle habits to be improved of a subject of a lifestyle-related disease such as a metabolic syndrome or diabetes.SOLUTION: A concrete improvement method is provided by digitizing lifestyle habits from physical measurement data and meal recording data of a subject, extracting a habit to be a cause of lifestyle-related diseases such as a metabolic syndrome and diabetes from each parameter of digitized lifestyle habit analysis items, and instructing corresponding food products in the subject's meal records.
