两色金鸡菊血清药物化学研究

摘要

目的 以大鼠为研究对象观察两色金鸡菊血清药物化学成分变化.方法 在建立两色金鸡菊高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱的基础上,比较两色金鸡菊醇提物、空白血清及给药血清的HPLC指纹图谱,确定两色金鸡菊血中移行成分.结果 在两色金鸡菊含药血清中发现了7种入血成分,其中6种为原型成分,1种为代谢产物.结论 7种入血成分可能是两色金鸡菊的体内直接作用物质,对其进行更深入的研究有助于探索其药效物质基础及作用机制.%Objective Rats were as the research object to study serum pharmacochemistry of Coreopsis Tinctoria.Methods On the basis of establishment of a dichromatic coreopsis high performance liquid (HPLC)fingerprint,we compared the two color coreopsis alcohol extract,blank serum and drug-containing serum of HPLC fingerprint,to determine the composition of the transition in two color coreopsis blood.Results In the two color coreopsis drug-containing serum,there was 7 kinds of blood components were found,including six kinds of composition,1 kind of metabolites.Conclusion Seven kinds of components from two color coreopsis in the plasma may directly effect the body,and further research will help to explore its efficacy material basis and mechanism of action.
