“站点式流动治疗车”在降低儿科病房呼叫铃声中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探索降低儿科病房铃声呼叫次数的方法,为患儿及家长创造一个安全且安静的病区环境。方法将30例患儿分成两组,分别按照常规护理工作模式与“站点式流动治疗车”护理工作模式进行护理,比较2种护理模式下病房呼叫铃声频次变化及护士、患儿家长的满意度情况。结果病区呼叫铃声由实施“站点式流动治疗车”前的733次/w(60.6%)降至实施后的368次/w(31.3%)(P <0.01),护士满意度上升至100%(P <0.05),患儿家长满意度上升至93.3%(P <0.01)。结论实施“站点式流动治疗车”降低了儿科病房铃声呼叫频次,提高了患儿及家长的满意度。%Objective To explore how to reduce the ringing frequency of call-bell in pediatric ward and to create a safe and quiet environment for children and their parents.Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups,according to the routine nursing mode and the intervention mode of the Shifting treatment ve-hicle,and compared were the difference of the ward call-bell ringing frequency and nurses,parents satis-faction between the two nursing models.Results Ward call-bell ringing frequency fell from 733 times/week (60.6%)to the 368/weeks (31.3%)after implementation of Shifting treatment vehicle (P <0.01), nurses′satisfaction rose to 100% (P <0.05),parents′satisfaction rose to 93.3% (P <0.01).Conclusion Shifting treatment vehicle was shown to be able to reduce the ringing frequency of call-bell in the pediatric ward,therefore improving the satisfaction of the patients and their parents.
