极晚熟杏品种冬杏果实生长发育动态及模型研究

         

摘要

The aims of this paper are to study the mathematic model,the growth dynamics of Dongxing fruit and to provide theoretical basis for the research of Dongxing growth characteristics and late-maturing mechanism,by tracking measurement types and fresh/dried weight of the fruit/kernel/embryo,and the content of inclusion in the period of Dongxing development.It showed that the period of Dongxing development is 180-196 d.During the first rapid growth period,the average growing quantity of fruit is the highest.The second slow growth period took 84 d,and it is the main fresh and dried weight growth period of kernel and embryonic.The nut began to harden and the embryo began to develop after full-blossom period,and didn't finish until the second slow growth period ended.The time of the fruit and its fresh/dried weight development can be divided into five parts with Three rapid and two slow period,and it shows Double S curve.The kernel and embryo fresh/dried weight were divided into three parts,one rapid and two slow period,showing Single S curve.Vitamin C shows W form,total acid shows M curve,and total sugar shows similar to Single S curve.The dynamic curve can be fitted by fixed mathematical model.%通过在冬杏果实发育期跟踪测定果实果形、干鲜重和内含物含量,了解极晚熟杏品种冬杏的果实发育动态规律.结果表明,冬杏果实发育期180~196 d,可分为5个时期,为“双S”型曲线.平均日生长量以果实第一次快速生长期最大.第二次缓慢生长期长达84 d,此时期为果实、核及胚干重增加的主要时期.末花期结束后第42天,核开始硬化,至第二次快速生长开始后7d核与胚基本发育成熟.核及胚的三径、干鲜重变化为两慢一快的“S”型曲线,果肉中维生素C变化为“W”型曲线,总糖为近“S”型曲线,总酸为“M”型曲线.其动态曲线可用固定数学模型进行拟合.
