两个黑加仑品种耐 NaCl 胁迫的比较研究

         

摘要

以黑加仑品种世纪光和世纪星为材料,盆栽扦插幼苗分别经0,50,100,150和200 mmol/L NaCl 浓度处理15 d,在胁迫处理第5天、第10天和第15天取样并测定叶片游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量及质膜相对透性.结果表明,随 NaCl 浓度增大和胁迫时间增加,世纪光体内游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量一直呈上升趋势,而世纪星在第5天至第10天游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量虽有所增加,但增加幅度远低于世纪光,在第15天各处理浓度的含量则开始下降,150,200 mmol/L 浓度处理下的含量,相比 CK 分别下降了7.8%,16.6%和3.4%,20.0%;两个品种的质膜相对透性和 MDA 含量也随 NaCl 胁迫时间和处理浓度的增加而增加,世纪光经200 mmol/L NaCl 浓度处理15 d 后,质膜相对透性未超过50%,而世纪星经150 mmol/L 浓度处理15 d 时其质膜相对透性就超过了50%,达到了半致死程度.说明黑加仑世纪光在 NaCl 胁迫环境下具有较强的有机渗透调节能力,其耐盐性强于世纪星.%In this study,Ribes nigrum L.varieties Century Light and the Century Star were used as ex-perimental materials,potted cutting seedlings were treated with 0,50,100,150 and 200 mmol/L NaCl con-centration for 15 d.On the 5th,10th and 15th after stress treatment,sample was taken and free proline,sol-uble sugar,malondialdehyde (MDA)content and the relative permeability of plasma membrane were meas-ured.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration and stress time,the free proline and soluble sugar content of Century Light has been an upward trend,and the free proline and soluble sugar content of Century Star has been increased on the 5th-10thd,but the increase was much lower than the Century Light,on the 15thd content of each treatment concentration began to decline,150,200 mmol/L concentration were decreased,compared with CK by 7.8%,1 6.6% and 3.4%,20.0%;the relative permeabil-ity of plasma membrane and MDA content of the two varieties also increased with the increase of NaCl stress days and concentration,and the Century Star increase was far greater than the Century Light by 200 mmol/L concentration of NaCl after 15d treatment,the relative permeability of plasma membrane in-creased by no more than 50%,when the 150 mmol/L concentrations of Century Star were treated for 15 days,the relative permeability of plasma membrane increased by more than 50%,which reached the semi lethal degree,which showed that Ribes nigrum L.varieties Century Light has stronger organic osmot-ic adjustment ability under NaCl stress conditions,its salt tolerance was better than the Century Star.
