Five ewes of about three-year-old Small-tail Han non-pregnant,with body weight of (50.3 ± 1.7)kg were selected to be fed with same concentrate diet (ratio of concentrate to roughage was 4∶6)and administered with aerosol OT (0,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0 g/kg)respectively by Latin square design of 5×5 for the digestion and metabolism experiment,to study the effect of the administered doses of aerosol OT on the voluntary intake,digestion and metabolism of sheep for determining the optimal dosage of aerosol OT.The results showed that the optimal dose of aerosol OT was 1 .2 g/kg of diet when the voluntary intake,digesti-bility of dry matter and nitrogen retention of the sheep would be increased by 18.3%(P <0.05),5.0%(P<0.05)and 8.4%(P <0.05)respectively.However,there was no significant difference at the administered range between 0.8 and 2.0 g/kg aerosol OT in voluntary intake and etc.,indicating a wider dose range for the beneficial administration of aerosol OT.%选取3岁左右、体重(50.3±1.7)kg的空怀小尾寒羊母羊5只,采用5×5拉丁方设计,在饲喂相同日粮(精粗比为4∶6)条件下,分别在精料日粮中添喂气溶胶 OT 0、0.8、1.2、1.6、2.0 g/kg,通过消化代谢实验,测定不同气溶胶 OT添喂剂量对绵羊自由采食量和消化代谢的影响,以确定气溶胶 OT 的最佳添喂剂量.结果表明,气溶胶 OT的最佳添喂剂量为1.2 g/kg,绵羊的日粮干物质自由采食量、消化率和氮保留可分别提高18.3%(P <0.05)、5.0%(P <0.05)和8.4%(P <0.05);在0.8~2.0 g/kg 气溶胶 OT 添喂剂量之间,绵羊的自由采食量等并无显著差异(P >0.05),表明气溶胶 OT的有益添喂剂量范围较宽.
