探讨不同浓度的多效唑处理对库尔勒香梨枝条生长和果实品质的影响.开花后第25天,对库尔勒香梨新梢叶面喷施浓度为500、1000、1500、2000、2500 mg/L的多效唑,定期测量新梢长度、粗度等生长指标,待果实成熟后,测定各处理的果实品质.多效唑处理后能有效抑制库尔勒香梨新梢长、节间长、叶面积的增加,随着处理浓度的升高抑制效果越明显,2500 mg/L多效唑处理,在新梢快速生长期日增长量最小,仅为0.03 cm/d,远小于各自对照组0.20 cm/d的日增长量.喷施多效唑处理后新梢粗度和叶片叶绿素含量显著增加,处理后果实的单果重显著高于对照组,但总酸和可溶性总糖含量显著下降,维生素C含量和糖酸比升高,2500 mg/L处理后明显增加了果实的粗皮比率.1000~2000 mg/L的多效唑处理能有效抑制新梢的生长,对果实品质影响不明显,可应用于库尔勒香梨生长发育的调控.%To explore the effects of different concentrations of Paclobutrazol on Korla fragrant pear shoot growth and fruit quality and lay the foundation for the cultivation and regulation of the pear.Paclobutrazol with 500,1000,1500,2000 and 2500 mg/L was sprayed to the Korla fragrant pear new shoots folia at 25 d after flowering.The new shoot length,roughness and growth indexes were measured regularly,and the fruit quality of each treatment was determined after the fruit maturity.Paclobutrazol treatment can effec-tively restrain the shoot length,internode length and leaf area.With the increase of treatment concentra-tion,the inhibitory effect was more obvious and 2500 mg/L concentration of Paclobutrazol treatment in the new shoot rapid growth period caused minimum growth,only 0.03 cm/d,far less than the CK growth of 0.20 cm/d control after treatment.After spraying treatment,the new shoot roughness and chlorophyll content of leaves were significantly increased,and the single fruit weight was significantly higher than that of CK,but the sugar acid ratio decreased significantly,and the content of vitamin C and the sugar acid ratio increased.By 2500 mg/L Paclobutrazol treatment,the ratio of rough fruit was significantly increased.Pa-clobutrazol of 500 mg/L,1000 mg/L,1500 mg/L and 2000 mg/L and concentration had little effect on fruit quality,consequently,these concentrations treatment can effectively inhibit the growth of shoots effect with no obvious effect on fruit quality,which might be applied to the regulation of the growth and develop-ment of Korla fragrant pear.
