以核桃壳和 H2 O2为原料,利用水热法制备得到核桃壳基炭质吸附剂(HTC-WS)和活化水热炭质吸附剂(HTC-AWS),采用元素分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积及孔径分布分析仪以及对亚甲基蓝的吸附量和Zeta电位分析仪对样品性质进行了表征。结果表明,HTC-WS 中 C 的含量达到57.985%,经H2 O2活化可将其表面 O 含量增加到41.015%。HTC-WS和 HTC-AWS的表面含有丰富的-C=O-和-COOH 等功能性官能团,主要由炭微球堆积而成,呈介孔结构特征,表面带负电,对亚甲基蓝的吸附量较高。水热法是制备核桃壳基炭质吸附剂的可行方法。%Hydrothermal carbonization of walnut shell (HTC-WS)and their oxidized-activated form HTC-AWS were prepared.The HTC materials were characterized by elemental analysis,fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area and pore size distribution analy-zer,Zeta potential analyzer gave superficial characteristics to the sampling quality.The results showed that C content was 57.985% in HTC-WS,while O content was 41.015% by H2 O2 activation.HTC-WS and HTC-AWS contained organic surface functional groups (-C=O-and-COOH)and was mainly composed of carbon microspheres,had mesoporous structure,was negative electricity at the surface charge,and they had high adsorption capacity for methylene blue.So,hydrothermal carbonization was an effective method for the hydrochar adsorbent preparation from walnut shell.
