少数民族村寨旅游开发的主体选择及利益制衡机制

摘要

Tourist development of the minority nationality villages relates to village residents,local governments and external investors.Right unbalance of stakeholders interacting and gambling during the tourism development Jeopardizes the sustainable development of rural tourism industry.In order to promote the the sustainable development of tourism industry,it is necessary to difine the right and role of stakeholders,establish the mechanism of profit restrain and action supervising,utilize the role of community organization and community elite,realize the profit balance.%少数民族村寨旅游开发主体涵盖村寨居民、地方政府与外来投资者。各利益主体在旅游开发的互动与博弈中存在的权利失衡态势可能导致旅游开发难以维系。为推动旅游业的可持续发展,有必要从权力失衡的态势出发,合理界定利益相关者的权利与角色,构建利益约束机制和行为监督机制,发挥社区组织和社区精英的作用,实现利益均衡。
