论高职毕业生职业发展之首次就业合理化选择——以机电类高职毕业生为例

         

摘要

高职毕业生首次就业选择时,不能盲目的为就业而就业或先就业后择业,要树立自己的职业自标,以职业生涯规划为依据,进行首次就业合理选择;不受企业大小、初始薪资的高低、地域等因素影响;在工作中克服一切困难,提高综合能力,使职业健康的发展。%When higher vocational college students make the first choice tor an occupation, mey must set up a well-defined career goal rather than just for jobs and employment. With the career planning as the basis, these students should choose the company reasonably and rationally without caring about the scale of the enterprise, the initial salary and the place where the companies located, overcome all difficulties, improve comprehensive abilities to improve the occupation healthy development.
