论高职院校党员干部服务师生长效机制的建构

摘要

The construction of long-term mechanism of Party members and cadres’ service to teachers and students is an important measure of keeping Party members and cadres’ progressiveness as well as the political guarantee of the construction of harmonious campus. And it is also the important assurance to the leaping-over development of vocational colleges. Vocational colleges should follow the principle of effectiveness, pertinence, communication and innovation. It can do as follows: determining the keynote to establish the correct guidance mechanism, clarifying responsibilities to establish good working mechanism, improving system to complete the necessary standard mechanism, building platform to set up necessary guarantee mechanism and strengthening management to establish sound management mechanism and construct long-term mechanism of Party members and cadres’ service to teachers and students.%构建党员干部服务师生长效机制是保持党员干部先进性的重要举措，是建设和谐校园的政治保证，是高职院校实现跨越发展的重要保障。高职院校要遵照实效性、针对性、沟通性和创新性原则，通过确定主旨，建立正确的导向机制；明确职责，建立良好的工作机制；完善制度，建立必要的规范机制；打造平台，建立必需的保障机制；加强管理，建立健全的管理机制，构建党员服务师生长效机制。
