Virtual reality simulation system' s modeling is the basis for the establishment of a virtual reality system. The modeling work requires not only real time and reality, but also stresses the high modeling efficiency. The paper adopts optimization technology of movement entity modeling, such as texture mapping, level of detail( LOD) , redundant polygon deletion, as well as platform integration. And a battle tank' s modeling instance in military drilling's visual and scenic emulation system by using these technologies is given to overcome the contradiction between real time and reality and achieve efficient modeling. The model complexity is reduced effectively , model fidelity is enhanced and modeling time is greatly cut down through appling these technologies. Effective solution for the 3-D modeling of real-time emulation system is provided.%虚拟现实仿真系统中的建模是整个虚拟现实系统建立的基础,其建模工作不但要求实时性和真实感,同时还强调高建模效率.将运动实体建模、纹理映射、层次细节(LOD)、冗余多边形删除、平台融合优化等技术应用于军事演练视景仿真系统的作战坦克的建模中,降低了模型的复杂度,提高模型的真实感,解决了模型建立中存在的实时性和真实感的矛盾,大大缩短了建模时间,为实时仿真系统的三维建模提供了行之有效的解决方案.
