达州市住宅楼盘名称的语言学分析*--中小城市楼盘名称分析一例

In recent years, relying on the biggest gas field of china---Haixiang Gas Field, the realty business of Dazhou developed rapidly, and the new building stood gradually just like mushrooms after rain, which was named for sale in succession. As the identification mark of the houses, the names of the houses play an important role in the market competition. To find the law in which the houses were named, we will take the 189 houses in Dazhou which were built in the recent decade as the objects to study from the linguistic perspective.%近年来，达州凭借中国第一大海相气田的开采，房地产业迅速发展，新建楼盘多如雨后春笋，纷纷命名待售。楼盘名称作为楼盘的识别符号，在市场竞争中具有不可小视的作用，文章以近10年来达州的189个楼盘名称为研究对象，从语言学的角度进行考察，以期找到一些命名的特点。
