民族地区新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠问题的探因及对策

摘要

对民族地区新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠现象进行研究，阐述该现象产生危害并分析现象产生的原因。从提高辅导员工作待遇、为其建立良好职业前景、实行科学的工作考核办法、加强培训以提升其自身素质等方面提出有效的应对策略，以避免职业倦怠问题的发生。%In this thesis, the authors analyzed the phenomenon of counselors burnout of newly-established undergraduate colleges in minority areas, and explained its harm and causes. To avoid the occurrence of job burnout, this paper put forward the following effective countermeasures: to increase counselors’payment, establish good vocational prospects, carry out scientific job evaluation methods, strengthen training to improve their own quality and so on.
