发挥职业指导作用推动实现更高质量就业--以烟台职业学院职业指导工作为例

目前高校毕业生面临着巨大就业压力，本文分析了当前有些高职院校职业指导现状及存在的问题，指出了职业指导对推动实现更高质量就业的作用和重要性，以近几年烟台职业学院在职业指导方面所做的工作为例，探讨了提升职业指导内涵，促进更高质量就业的途径。%Now the colleges are faced with enormous pressure in employment. This article analyses the current situations and problems of vocational colleges’occupational guidance,points out the importance in promoting and achieving the higher quality of employment by taking Yantai Vocational College’s occupational guidance in recent years as an example,discusses the methods how to promote connotative development of occupational guidance and achieve the higher quality of employment.
