高职数学分层差异化教学模式的探讨

         

摘要

为了充分体现高职人才培养的差异性和层次性,高职数学分层差异教学应着眼于三种教学模式。在实施分层差异教学中,要把握好教师与学生、整体与个体、数学与专业的关系,培养学生的数学能力和数学素养,使学生至少满足职业岗位的需要,又促成学生最大化的和谐发展。%In order to fully reflect the level and difference of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyses and discusses three teaching modes of the hierarchical higher vocational mathematics teaching. It is necessary to grasp the relationship between teachers and students, the whole and the individual, mathematics and professional in the implementation of the hierarchical teaching. Training students' ability in mathematics and mathematical literacy enables students to at least meet the job needs and maximizes the harmonious development of students.
