弹簧圈结合支架辅助双导管技术治疗颅内动脉瘤栓塞的术后护理

摘要

Objective To explore the effective nursing methods of intracranial aneurysm surgery with spring coil and double catheter technique. Methods 56 patients with intracranial aneurysms from November 2009 to November 2013 in our hospital using spring coil combined with double catheter technique. postoperative close observation of vital signs, the puncture point nursing, hematencephalon, medication safety etc. Results 43 cases recovered well in 56 patients, 10 mild nerve dysfunction cases, 1 severe nerve dysfunction, 2 cases died. Conclusion nursing staff's postoperative effective measures should be taken to promote patients recover and improve the success rate of treatment.%探讨弹簧圈结合支架辅助双导管技术治疗颅内动脉瘤术后的有效护理方法。自2009年11月至2013年11月我院使用弹簧圈结合支架辅助双导管技术治疗56例颅内动脉瘤患者，术后做好生命体征观察、穿刺点护理、脑出血的观察、用药安全等方面的护理。56例患者术后恢复良好43例，遗留轻度神经功能障碍10例，重度神经功能障碍1例，死亡2例。护理人员在术后采取积极有效的针对性措施，有利于促进患者康复，能提高治疗成功率。
