民办高校在开展大学英语第二课堂活动中常常受到师资、管理、资金等各方面条件的限制。将第二课堂活动植入英语课堂教学并纳入常规化管理可以让教师省时有效地对学生参与活动进行管理、鼓励和监督,从而让大学英语第二课堂最大程度地激发学生的学习自主性,切实提高学生英语综合运用能力,保证学生广泛参与,人人受益,在融入英语课外活动的同时,将学习兴趣延伸到课堂教学中。%Holding college English extracurricular activities in non-government higher educations is of-ten limited because of lacking teachers, management, and funds. Implanting extracurricular activities into English classroom management can be effective for teachers to manage, to encourage and to supervise studentsˊparticipation in activities. It also enhances learnersˊautonomy and develops their interests in Eng-lish study. Only in this way can they improve their ability of English application.
