略论提升顶岗实习生教育教学水平的方法与策略

摘要

顶岗实习是培养学生教育教学能力的有效途径，也是“国培计划”的一个重要环节。通过对顶岗实习生的问卷调查和对实习学校老师的访谈，分析影响顶岗实习生教育教学水平的具体因素，结合实际探讨顶岗实习过程及提升其教育教学水平的一些方法和策略，以期为普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型做出有益探索。%Post-taking intern is the effective way of cultivating education and teaching ability , the key part of "National Training", too.Through the questionnaire of intern and interview of teachers in schools , the paper makes analysis of the concrete influence factors of education and teaching level of post -taking in-tern, combining the real exploration the process of post-taking and some promotion of education level in or-der to explore the benefit for higher education transiting into applied application education .
