三氧化钨纳米线的制备及表征

         

摘要

采用以二水合钨酸钠、硫酸钾和草酸的混合溶液为前驱液的水热法制备三氧化钨(WO3)纳米线,研究了添加HCl含量、水热温度和保温时间对WO3纳米线微观结构的影响.分别利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和能谱分析仪对WO3纳米线的晶体结构、微观形貌和元素成分进行表征分析,结果表明,WO3纳米线具有六方相晶体结构,且沿[200]择优生长;随着HCl含量的增加,WO3纳米线平均直径、长度均增大;随着水热温度的增加,WO3纳米线平均直径和比表面积逐渐增加,平均直径高达41.72 nm;随着保温时间的增加,WO3纳米线团聚现象愈加明显.%WO3 nanowires are produced by the hydrothermal method . In this method , the mixture solution of sodium tungstate ,potassium sulfate and oxalic acid is used as the precursor solution ,and effects of additive HCl , hydrothermal temperature and holding time on WO3 nanowires micro structure are also investigated .The crystal structure ,micro morphologies and element composition of WO3 nanowires are characterized by X-ray diffraction ,scanning electron microscope ,transmission electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer respectively . The results show that the structure of WO3 is coincidence with the hexagonal structured WO3 , grown preferentially along [200] .The average diameter and length of WO3 nanowires increase with the increases of HCl content . The average diameter and specific surface area of WO3 nanowires increase gradually as the hydrothermal temperature increases .The average diameter is as high as 41 .72 nm . The agglomeration of WO3 nanowires is even more obvious with the increase of holding time .
