基于经理管理防御假说的经理人薪酬结构问题研究

     

摘要

The salary structure in exciting mechanism will have an important effect upon the enterprise managerial entrenchment. Based on the analysis of managerial requirements and entrenchment and by means of Gary S. Becker and George J. Stigler's improvement of law enforcement model for reference. The salary structure model is established to satisfy the managerial requirements. The research results indicate that the salary structure to be able to reduce managerial entrenchment behaviors should include such three parts as the basic salary, manager's share and the adjustment of basic salary in each term, and determine the sizes of salary of each part, whereby having the guiding significance for the rational designing salary structure to reduce the agency costs chosed by managerial entrenchment.%激励机制中的薪酬结构对企业经理人管理防御会产生重要影响.在对经理人需求和防御策略分析的基础上,借鉴Gary S.Becker和George J.Stigler提高执法者执行质量模型的基础上,构建了满足经理人管理防御需求的薪酬结构模型.研究表明能够减少管理防御行为的薪酬结构应包括基本薪酬、经理持股,以及对每期基本薪酬的调整三部分,并确定各部分薪酬的大小,对于合理设计薪酬结构降低因管理防御而产生的代理成本具有指导意义.
