环境水体纳污能力判别值及其应用研究

         

摘要

To the question of oacking relational water quality index about the actual demand for river ecomanagement, the paper presents the pollutant-capacity ratio, which refers to the ratio value between the actual quantity of holding pollutant and the permitted quantity of accepting pollutant under the environ protection objective when the environ water body accepts sewage waters. The comprehensive evaluation model for water quantity and quality by river eco-water requirement is perfected on the basis of the pollutant-capacity ratio. Taking the Dongliao River for example, the pollutant-capacity ratio is tested in the paper. The results indicate that the pollutant-capacity ratio can not only be used as the index for the evaluation of eco-water quality, and the accuracy of evaluation results improved, but also be adopted to quantity the surplus and deficit degrees to reflected to the river environ holding capacity. Also the pollutant-capacity ratio can be used as the distinguishing value for environ water body accepting containment capacity so as to be convenient for the river eco-management.%针对河流生态管理缺乏实时衡量水质指标问题的实际需求,提出污容比.污容比指当环境水体接受污水时,其实际容纳污染物量与环境保护目标下允许其容纳污染物量的比值.以污容比为基础完善了河流生态用水水量与水质综合评价模型.以东辽河为例,对污容比进行检验,结果表明:污容比不仅能作为生态水质评价的指标,评价结果精确性有所提高,而且还能量化反映河流环境容量余亏程度.污容比可以作为环境水体纳污能力判别值,便于河流生态管理应用.
