基于Lyapunov函数法的含间歇性新能源电网频率稳定性研究

     

摘要

When a large proportion of green energy(GE) with randomness and "uncontrollability",e.g.,solar and wind power,is connected to the grid,the power quality of the power grid may be seriously affected and it even can cause the voltage and/or frequency collapse.Based on the Lyapunov inverse theorem,this paper provides an admissible variant power boundary of GE sources to keep the frequency stability of power grid where the network topology,the initial load of nodes,and the type of nodes are considered in the modelling process.The IEEE14 nodes standard test system and the power grid of northern Shaanxi Province are used to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.%清洁能源发电如太阳能、风能等具有间歇性和“不可控性”,当其大规模并网运行时,将影响电网的电能质量,甚至导致电压、频率崩溃.本文基于Lyapunov逆定理,同时考虑网络拓扑、节点初始特性以及节点类型,建立了含有间歇性能源的电网统一模型,给出使得电网能够保持同步稳定的间歇性能源的允许功率变化范围.最后利用IEEE-14节点标准测试系统和陕北电网进行仿真,验证了理论分析的正确性.
