Co3O4添加剂对锂硫电池电化学性能的影响

         

摘要

采用溶液浸渍法使Co3O4与导电炭黑KS-6均匀混合,再与硫形成Co3O4-KS-6/S复合材料.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、热重(TG)、循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电测试,对材料进行分析,探讨Co3O4的添加对电池电化学性能的影响.结果表明:Co3O4-KS-6/S复合材料中Co3O4、S在KS-6中均匀分布,在0.1C倍率下首次放电比容量可达1298 mA·h/g,循环100次后容量保持率约为30.3%,远高于KS-6/S复合材料,其首次放电比容量为999 mA·h/g,循环100次后容量保持率约为25.8%.%Cobaltosic oxide and electrically conductive carbon black KS-6 were uniformly mixed by the solution-dipping method,with the Co3O4-KS-6/S composite cathode material formed.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),thermogravimetry analysis (TG),cyclic voltammetry (CV) and constant current charge and discharge testing were used as materials analysis to investigate the effect of Co3O4 on electrochemical properties of lithium/sulfur battery.The results showed that the Co3O4,S were distributed uniformly in the KS-6 of Co3O4-KS-6/S composites.The initial discharge capacity is 1298 mA · h/g at 0.1C rate,and after 100 cycles,the capacity retention rate is 30.3 %.It is much higher than those of KS-6/S composites,which displayed the initial discharge capacity for 999 mA · h/g at 0.1C rate,and after 100 cycles,the capacity retention rate is 25.8 %.
