利用虚拟样机技术对重载汽车的轮式制动器和鼓式制动器展开了制动性能对比研究.首先计算出了两种制动器的促动力、制动扭矩等主要参数,然后采用ADAMS软件对两种制动器的虚拟样机模型进行了仿真对比分析,仿真结果表明两种制动器的制动扭矩与理论计算结果基本一致;在相同的制动前提下,鼓式制动器的制动扭矩大于轮式制动器,两种制动器的制动效果基本一致;轮式制动器在制动过程中比鼓式制动器更加平稳.%The braking performance of a kind of heavy-duty vehicle drum brake and wheel brake is studied by using the virtual prototype technology.The actuation force and brake torque of two kinds of brakes are calculated.The virtual prototype model of two kinds of brakes is simulated by the ADAMS software.The obtained total braking torques are consistent with the results from the theory calculation.Through the simulation analysis it is found that under the same condition the braking torque of drum brake is greater than the wheel brake and that the braking effect of two kinds of brakes are the same.At the same time,the wheel brake in the braking process is more stable than drum brakes.
